Admittedly I’m not always a very patience person. That being said, let me rant—I am into week six of nursing a broken right arm, and I’m getting sick of it. Dragon software doesn’t like my mixed New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and George accent (but maybe the fault lies with me and I should patiently teach Dragon my unique dialect). My hope was to continue blogging using Dragon. That has not happened—I’m currently hunting and pecking away with my left fingers. Alas, I can’t drive, can’t tie shoes, can’t shoot pics with my camera. Perhaps the very worst part is that this independent, strong headed Yankee must accept, and sometimes ask, for help from others.
THANKFULLY I live in a wonderful neighborhood in the Big Canoe community. I’m particularly thankful for Scott Shiffman; Anita and Dick Wight; Judith Persing and her special visiting friend, Mary; Lee chai; Jean Lomax; and Thelma Davis who have taken me to appointments with my physician and surgeon in Jasper, grocery shopping, invited me to supper, or taken me out for a ride. Scott needs special kudos for installing a hand-held shower head for me and for collecting my mail. I’m also thankful that my class mates, Constance and Ian Falconer for picking me up for class each week.
